Job Duties/Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
· Operate farm equipment, including tillage, fertilizer floater, air seeding or planting, sprayer, tender trucks, grain cart, grain hauling, monitor grain dryer, etc.
· Perform general maintenance of farm equipment and work around the shop. Applicants with higher mechanical ability would be a major asset.
· Odd jobs during slower periods such as mowing, yard spraying, etc.
Qualifications:
· Ideally 3-5 years of production agriculture experience, but would train the right applicant.
· Post-secondary education in an agricultural or mechanical field is an asset but not required.
· Willing to work long hours during planting and harvest seasons. Outside of those seasons the hours are more standard and flexible.
· Demonstrate general knowledge of agronomic practices as well as willingness to learn.
· Knowledge of mechanical operation of agricultural equipment, including general maintenance and repair.
· Ability to work, communicate, and problem-solve as a team.
· Class 5 drivers license required. Class 1 a major asset. Could send the right individual for training.
· Driven personality, positive attitude, with desire to succeed as a team.

The Receiver is responsible for executing shipping, receiving and inventory functions in the farm and in the warehouse depending on the specific needs. The receiver, when needed, might be asked to support the farm’s operations team in the daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Receive materials to the farm and warehouse as delivered and place in appropriate areas following FIFO guidelines.
Properly read and verify all documentation when receiving and shipping materials to ensure that matches the requirements.
Ensure production documentation is completed with accuracy and attention to detail based on expectations of metrics and KPIs from the organization.
Transport raw input material and finish goods back and forth from the Warehouse to the Farm as needed.
Accurately create and receive the transfer orders in the App.
Oversee the organization of finished goods and ensure our product cases are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
Daily perform picking activities to complete all the customers’ orders.
Regularly read and check the Purchase Order SharePoint for BOL updates.
Work with Quality Assurance on the hold and release program as it pertains to finish product
Keep track of inventory holds and proper release of inventory.
Regularly fill out and complete shipping forms.
Qualifications
Prior Stand-Up Counterbalance Crown or DOCKSTOCKER forklift experience
Valid Counterbalance, DOCKSTOCKER forklift License
Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment techniques.

Targeted behaviours may include, but are not limited to, severe opposition, hitting, kicking, spitting, biting, scratching, and throwing of objects and the use of inappropriate and/or threatening language. What do you need to succeed?
Training and/or experience working with students with severe behaviour challenges is necessary as well as an understanding of neurodiversity, such as ASD, ODD, FASD, ADHD and/or other behavioural disabilities. Preference will be given to the candidate with proven experience executing Positive Behavior Support Plans. Training and/or experience supporting students with Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy and/or Speech-Language acquisition needs would be an asset.

I require two movers to move a heavy dresser and a ping pong table from our main level garage to the basement. It is about 12 steps to the basement and good access to and from both spaces. No tricky corners. The ping pong
Table is in two parts. Probably around 75 pounds per slab. The dresser is lighter and the drawers can be moved separately. But it is big and awkward. 9 drawer dresser.
We may also need help to assemble the ping pong table since the two table parts are quite heavy.
The whole job should take less than an hour. $50 cash per person. Two people required who work together. Evenings preferable. I am at Predator Ridge.

Riverside RV Resort is a private RV Park on 22 acres 16 km west of Keremeos seeking a full time Maintenance Person, Lead Hand. Responsibilities will include minor mechanical maintenance, maintenance planning, grounds keeping, operation of associated equipment, co-ordination with contractors, various agencies, report writing etc. The successful candidate must be a self starter, working with limited supervision and bring a level of competence to the Park Owners. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this year round position has a salary range of $32 - $38 per hour in a 40 hour week. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will posses a (BC) Waste Water Operator Course, (BC) Small Water Systems Course, (BC) Pool 1 Operators Course , (BC)Pool 2 Operators Course , be computer literate and have a Valid Class 5 (BC) Drivers License. The Park is willing to train the right candidate to obtain these required licenses. This position would be most suitable for an individual with a skilled labourer/trade background.
A 6 month probationary period will apply as does BC Employment Standards. There are no benefits at this time. The deadline for applications is April 4, 2026
