•Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) concierge organisé(e) et professionnel(le) avec assez d’expérience pour s’occuper de l’entretien d’un immeuble avec plus de 85 appartements à Sherbrooke.
Les responsabilités incluent :
•Passer l’aspirateur et nettoyer le bâtiment
•Vider les balayeuses centrales au besoin
•Travaux généraux d’entretien et de réparation
•Entretenir et préparer les appartements vacants
•Petites réparations mineures au besoin
•S’occuper des toutes les demandes d’entretien des locataires
•Être capable de faire des réparations de base
•Acheter toutes les fournitures nécessaires pour les travaux d’entretien
•Contacter certains fournisseurs pour travaux d’urgence au besoin
•Déneigement (Pelleter les trottoirs et les aires de débarquements et étendre de l’abrasif au besoin)
•Vérifier les débordements dans les conteneurs à déchets et vider les bacs de recyclage qui se trouvent à l’emplacement des boites aux lettres
•Capacité d’utiliser fréquemment des outils, des fournitures et de l’équipement d’entretien général tels que : des outils à main, des souffleurs, des produits chimiques pour piscine
•Capacité à manipuler et à utiliser fréquemment des produits chimiques et des fournitures de nettoyage général
•Doit posséder les outils manuels de base nécessaires à l’exécution des tâches liées à l’entretien
•Le poste exige des responsabilités de conduite (peut utiliser un véhicule personnel pour certains achats d’ordre général)
•Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide
•Assister avec les urgences en dehors des heures d’affaires
•Admissible à travailler au Canada

· Place, finish and repair concrete in landscaping construction projects such as patios and paths, retaining walls, and sidewalks for exterior areas;
· Read and act on blueprints and other plan documents;
· Mix cement, sand, and water to produce concrete, grout, or slurry using a hoe, trowel, tamper, scraper or concrete mixing machine;
· Spread the concrete using shovels and rakes and level the freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specifications using straightedge or float;
· Remove high spots to smooth the surface using a hand masonry trowel;
· Wet concrete surface, and rub with stone to smooth surface and obtain specified finish;
· Install anchor bolts, door sills, steel plates and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete;
· Cut out damaged areas, drill holes for reinforcing rods, and position reinforcing rods to repair concrete, using a power saw and drill;
· Construct forms and chutes for pouring concrete and ensure that they have the desired depth and pitch;
· Operate power vibrator to compact concrete.
· Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment;
· Occasionally perform various carpentry and landscaping duties – training will be provided if necessary.
Requirements:
· Must have at least 2 years of experience working with concrete;· Must have a valid driver’s license;
· Must have knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various concrete finishing projects;
· Previous experience as a concrete finisher in a landscaping company is an asset;
· Previous experience as a carpenter and landscaper is an asset;
· Must be able to speak, read and write in English;
· Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and client focus.

We are looking to hire full-time Heavy Duty Mechanics. Arrow Equipment if a family owned and operated business with 1 location in Maple Creek, SK. We upfit work trucks for the construction, oilfield, mining and agriculture industries. These trucks are primarily service trucks, picker trucks, bale deck trucks and lube trucks. 90% of what we work on would be new trucks and all new equipment that we install on the trucks.
The role would include installing VMAC air compressors onto either the transmission or underhood belt drive systems. It would also include installing belt drive hydraulic pump kits for the bale decks, PTO's, pumps, running hydraulic lines and general mechanics as we build the truck packages.
