We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide personal care and respite for an adult with medical needs in his own home. This role is essential in supporting daily activities and creating a comfortable, safe environment.
ONLY PART TIME AVAILABLE - SEE SCHEDULE BELOW
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Assist client with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, and toileting)
- Cleaning and laundry
- Preparing meals
- Collaborate with client and caregivers for the best care opportunities
- Outings with client
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is an asset
- Previous experience with electronic ceiling lifts is an asset
- Must be punctual & reliable
- Compassionate and caring demeanour
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Clean criminal record check for the vulnerable sectorAdditional Information:
Note: There are animals (small dogs) on the premises. If you are uncomfortable or allergic to dogs, this position may not be a good fit.Note: NO Heavy lifting is required.
Experience is not required; we are willing to train the right candidates.

We are looking to hire a kind and passionate individual who is willing to work with a young adult with a learning disability in the Hythe/Beaverlodge area. No experience is necessary, on-going training will be provided. Starting wage is $18/hour or higher depending on experience. A valid Class 5 driver’s license; access to a reliable vehicle and applicable insurance is needed. A Police check complete with a Vulnerable Sector Check is a condition of employment.
