Good evening, Even though in-person lessons are much better, I'm offering online sessions as well. Look forward to talking with you!
My name is Dearian Seepersad, I'm a Music Teacher, Performer, and Composer. For the last 5 years I've been performing all over the GTA, including: festivals; pride, multi-cultural, afro-fest, private functions, restaurants, bars, and producing my local show while producing tracks for local Toronto artists. This year, I'm building my independent music school from my home studio. (Big Project!) Too often, I hear about beginner students horror stories about learning in the classical vein or the lack of purpose in general lesson plans. My focus is to create a unique lesson plan for each student to maximize efficiency while incorporating my teaching style into the plan. I incorporate musical expression, technique, and theory into each lesson while taking we've learnt and reworking it into something original. Composition being the ultimate goal; as we learn a lot quicker thinking for ourselves. There are no limitations, I've taught and performed in many genres: Classical, Jazz, Rock,Pop,Reggae, Blues, Hip-hop, Gospel, Fusion, the list goes on... So who am I? I'm a 24 year old musician who's extremely passionate about ALL music. - Completed 3 years Mohawk College Applied Music program. - 5 years teaching experience. (Includes leading band rehearsal and performances) - Developed and promoted shows - Constantly studying the scripts of the great classical composers. - Most important: Patient and Understanding. The lessons I'm offering are: Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Recording, and Drums. We will discuss: Structure (Form), Harmony, Melody, Counterpoint, Sight-reading and Improvisation while meeting the technical demands of instrument.
Each lesson will be 30 - 45 minutes with the option to have the lesson at your location/home. My rates are fair and negotiable. We all have our lives and circumstances going on; it's okay. Feel free to respond to this ad, call or text: 647-294-0493. (I'm quite busy, if you text the instrument you wish to learn, I'll call as soon as I'm available)
Thanks for reading, I hope we chat soon! "Music is the mediator between the spiritual and sensual life" - Ludwig Van Beethoven.

Happy FEAST of St Constantine
By the precious Blood of Jesus Christ You are Healed Protected Delivered Hallelujah Amen
St. Constantine was originally the king of Cornwall. After his wife, the daughter of the King of Brittany, passed away, he chose to relinquish his throne to his son and devoted himself to monastic life at St. Mochuda's monastery in Rahan, Ireland. There, he humbly performed simple tasks before pursuing the priesthood.
Once ordained, Constantine became a missionary in Scotland, working alongside St. Columba and St. Kentigern. He spread the Christian faith in Galloway and served as the Abbot of the Govan monastery.
In his later years, during a journey to Kintyre, he was attacked by pirates, leading to the loss of his right arm and eventually succumbing to his injuries.
Celebrated as Scotland's first martyr, St. Constantine is honored on his feast day, March 11th. His steadfast faith and sacrifice continue to inspire and strengthen the Christian community today.

God's plan of salvation unfolded gradually over centuries, mirroring our spiritual growth. From Natural Law with Adam and Eve, through covenants with Noah and Abraham, to Moses' Law, God prepared His people. Prophets called for heartfelt change, leading to Jesus, who fulfilled all promises and established the New Covenant of grace.
Our conversion follows this pattern. God first meets us where we are, calling us to obey commandments and turn from serious sin. As faith matures, our relationship deepens. Sacraments enrich us, moving us from mere observance to heartfelt love. We see God intimately, striving to overcome even small sins, guided by the Gospel.
Recognizing this progression avoids complacency. Where has God drawn you closer? The journey to perfection is long, but He leads gently, desiring daily growth. Holiness isn't instant—take the next step today. Reflect on the call to perfection with trust, not fear. Say “Yes” to God's path, and He'll guide your transforming journey.

Happy New Year to you and your families from Mirko, Irena Adrianna
My Mother Mary cover you and your families with her mantle, protect you from all evil, guide you and your family to Jesus.
By the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ, you are healed, delivered, anointed, blessed
Hallelujah Amen
Happy New Year.
God Bless You.
This video discusses a special ritual revealed by Padre Pio, a Catholic saint, that can free a soul from Purgatory on January 1st, the Feast Day of Mary, Mother of God (0:06).
Here's a breakdown of the key points:
The Significance of January 1st (0:29): Padre Pio considered January 1st a "gateway between heaven and earth" (0:47), a day when blessings flow more abundantly due to millions of prayers ascending to Mary simultaneously (0:56). This creates a "flood of divine mercy" (1:10). The day is also significant because it marks Jesus' naming and circumcision in Jewish tradition (3:51), and Mary officially became the Mother of God (4:15).
The Story of Emily Thompson (1:16): Emily Thompson, a woman grieving her husband John's sudden death, sought Padre Pio's guidance. Padre Pio, with supernatural knowledge, revealed that John's soul was in Purgatory and that January 1st was a special day for Mary to liberate souls (2:52). He then shared a ritual Mary herself had taught him (3:27).
The Three-Step Ritual to Free a Soul on January 1st (6:20):
1. Before Midnight on December 31st (6:29):
Write the full name, date of birth, and date of death of the soul on a blank, white piece of paper (6:36, 19:35, 19:52). Use black ink (19:14).
Optionally, add a personal phrase like "I entrust you to Mary" (20:11).
Place this paper under a blessed image of the Virgin Mary (7:02, 20:32).
2. At Exactly Midnight (7:19):
Hold the paper against your heart (22:10).
Recite three Hail Marys with specific intentions:
First Hail Mary: Ask for forgiveness for the soul's sins (7:40).
Second Hail Mary: Offer your own merits to the soul (7:53).
Third Hail Mary: Entrust the soul to Mary (8:10).
Recite a spontaneous prayer to Mary (22:30).
Place the paper back under the image (22:49).
3. The Next Morning, January 1st (8:26):
Bring the paper with you to the first Mass of the year (8:30).
During communion, offer the communion for the soul in question (8:39, 23:28).
After Mass, you can burn the paper to symbolize the soul's liberation, or keep it under Mary's image (23:53).
The Power of the Ritual and its Effects (10:48): Many testimonies confirm the ritual's effectiveness, with people reporting signs, dreams, unexplained fragrances (like roses, Padre Pio's "signature"), and sensations of peace (11:01, 12:15, 12:46). Souls freed on January 1st gain special protection and become powerful intercessors for those who helped them (17:21).
Choosing a Soul to Pray For (24:47): Padre Pio advised praying for family members first (24:58), then for forgotten souls (25:18). If unsure, you can pray for "the soul that needs it most" (25:40). Do not pray for souls known to be in paradise (26:10).
The Prophecy for 2026 (15:50): Padre Pio prophesied that years starting with "26" are years of "great blessing and great trial simultaneously" (16:26). He emphasized that the ritual for 2026 is crucial because souls freed this year will receive special protection and become strong intercessors (17:14).
The video encourages viewers to practice this ritual with genuine and sincere faith, emphasizing that it is an act of spiritual charity (15:31).

St. John of God, born in 1495, was a man of deep faith who acted on the guidance of the Holy Spirit rather than yielding to worldly temptations. At the age of eight, he left his home to join a priest, beginning a life dedicated to constant movement and service.
Initially working as a shepherd and later as a soldier, John's life was fraught with struggles and vice. However, a near-death experience led him to a profound transformation. He committed himself to God, enduring mockery and persecution from those around him, yet his repentance and dedication to his faith remained unshaken.
After leaving the military, John aimed to help Christian captives but was moved by the suffering of a noble family, choosing to serve them instead. Witnessing the mistreatment of workers deepened his compass

Business analysts (BAs) are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. BAs engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable. Depending on the role, you might work with data sets to improve products, hardware, tools, software, services, or process.
Course Overview:
- Gain a solid foundation of Business Analysis knowledge
- Learn the intricacies of the Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) popular with businesses today
- Learn about modeling techniques used to make requirements understandable by all business and technical stakeholders
- Understand the roles a Business Analyst can play and the tasks they perform

Future Demand of Business Analysts:
The role of a business analyst is constantly evolving and changing — especially as companies rely more on data to advise business operations. Every company has different issues that a business analyst can address, whether it’s dealing with outdated legacy systems, changing technologies, broken processes, poor client or customer satisfaction, or siloed large organizations. Once a Business Analyst gains knowledge he/she can become a Project manager, Functional consultant, product owner/analyst, Pre-sales consultant, or can even become IT PMO in the organization since the exposure is more across SDLC. A staggering 19% growth for business analysts is expected in the next 5-6 years. Being a techno-functional role, a BA can easily climb up the success ladder. The role of the BA is multi-faceted.
Avg Salaries of Business Analysts:
The average business analyst salary in the USA is $83,676 per year or $42.91 per hour. Entry-level positions start at $62,694 per year while most experienced workers make up to $117,000 per year.

Hello, my name is Jocelyn I am a recently a single mother of 4 beautiful children.
I am actively looking for work, and in need of child care to feel confident about accepting
a position this summer.
I have applied to subsidy, but unless I have a job they will not approve.
leaving me not confident in job interviews because my first responsibility is my children's care.
Camp experience will benefit my children for socialization, recreation, and educational reasons this summer.
while also allowing us to hold structure and discipline in our routine over the summer months.
while benefiting me to get back into the work force after being the stay at home parent prior and now being a single full-time without any friends or family help or support or involvement, this has me turning to the system & community for supports and resources.
anything contributed it much appreciated, camp 1 cost $5,847.00 for all 4 children for 7 weeks, camp 2 $2,340 for all for 4 kids for 2 weeks. grand total of $8,187.00 as there is a limit of enrollment at camp one only allow so many weeks consecutively.
I set my goal to 10,000 to accommodate lunches, and travel expenses to have everything run smoothly.
payments start in May at $1,461.75 a week for camp 1 split over 4 weeks.
I appreciate any and all contributions.
let's come together for the kids and make some children happy this summer!!

I am looking for community support to help my child attend a 6-week summer program in St. Catharines. These camps provide incredible opportunities in Robotics (LEGO Spike), Visual Arts, and Sports, but the total cost is $2,559.
Because I do not receive child care assistance or subsidies, I am covering the full tuition out-of-pocket. I’m hoping to connect with local businesses or individuals interested in sponsoring a week of camp ($360–$450) or contributing toward the total.
Program Highlights:
• STEM: LEGO Spike Prime Robotics.
• Arts: Performing & Visual Arts.
• Athletics: Basketball, Flag Football, and Multisports.
Your support would ensure a summer of learning and growth. Please message me if you are able to help or would like more details. Thank you!

Worker
About My Service
I have been a compassionate support worker for my grandmother for the past 4 years. My goal is to help you to provide 1:1 quality time and companionship with your loved one when you cannot be there. I will connect with your family member through social interaction such as going for walks, enjoying the outdoors, playing games, doing nails or just having someone to hang out with and talk to so they are not alone all day. Social connection is very important to maintain a strong and healthy mindset. I am also open to suggestions for activities that you feel would most benefit your loved one.
I can also provide assistance with light chores, such as folding clothes and helping to maintain an organised environment. I enjoy hanging out with the elderly providing company for them.
If my service is something that you and your loved one may be interested in please give me a call. I am available to go daily for a few hours or as needed. My hourly rate is between $20 to $25 based on clients' needs.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Established rock band looking for a lead guitarist to join a working lineup. We are currently gigging and aiming to secure additional local and select out-of-town shows later this year.
What We’re Looking For:
Solid live performance experience
Strong working knowledge of the fretboard and comfort playing in different keys
Ability to learn, retain, and perform lead parts accurately
Comfortable with both arranged parts and improvising when needed
Comfortable playing melodic, hook-driven rock rooted in classic rock
Able to learn material by ear (not all parts are tabbed but chord charts are available)
Openness to occasional stylistic variety in arrangements (funk, groove-oriented, or other influences) is welcome
About the Band:
Weekly rehearsals, with additional sessions scheduled around upcoming shows
Mix of originals and covers with an eclectic but rock-driven repertoire — melodic, hook-driven rock with classic rock roots and occasional stylistic influences
Focused on tight, performance-ready arrangements and continuing to expand our gig schedule.
Details:
Age range roughly 25–35 (flexible depending on fit and experience)
If you’re a dependable player who comes prepared, listens closely, and enjoys contributing musically in a collaborative setting, we’d like to connect.
