No experience is necessary, we will train on the job. The work day is varied from day to day with possibilities of employment on weekdays and weekends for at least 40 hour week. Some weekend work may be at the Kinburn facility or working at various farmers markets during the week. Shift: Day Shift Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year Responsibilities: * Repairs and maintains equipment for the following areas: All customer repairs including cutters and heat seal machine and in-house. * Maintains machine parts inventory and processes orders. * Assists the Production Team Leader in providing order fulfillment support on an as needed basis. * Performs customer equipment repairs to include: Repairing customer Print/Cutters, Lasers, UV Printers, Direct to Garment printer, Cutters and Heat Seal machines * Completing Equipment Repair Estimate form and transmit to Customer for approval * Enter repair notes into Customers information in Database * Invoicing completed repair orders * Ensuring sufficient machines and parts inventory to support sales and service * Repacking repaired equipment and shipping back to customer * Assist customer over the phone with repairs and / or replacing parts * Packaging and processing warranty parts for return to manufacturer * Contacting the equipment manufacturer if assistance is needed to complete a repair * May require travel to the customer's place of business to repair product. * Tradeshow Equipment: Testing of all Cutters and Heat Seal machines prior to be shipped and upon return from shows. * Checking all shipping cases to insure they contain all needed accessories for that component. * Player Name Equipment and Production Support: Repair cutters as needed, tracking all repairs in the equipment database and scheduling routine maintenance of all equipment. * Maintain cutter inventory and assist in DOA returns to manufacturer. * Serve as a Production Support Technician at the direction of the Logistics/Warehouse Manager in times of heavy workloads and/or to provide on an as needed basis, functions that include but not limited to order fulfillment, order shipping and/or stock fulfillment.
