Workload

There is no separate standby or on-call fee paid for simply carrying the emergency phone. JDN provides consistent monthly maintenance work, and participation in the emergency rotation is considered part of the overall ongoing work relationship.
To account for the inconvenience and disruption of late-night emergency calls, emergency call-out rates increase after 9:00 PM. Emergency calls between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM are paid at the regular call-out rate. Emergency calls after 9:00 PM are paid at the increased emergency call-out rates listed below.
Regular Call-Out Rate Structure
• 7 days/week, 6:00 AM–9:00 PM:
$60 minimum for the first hour, then $30/hour for additional consecutive hours
• 7 days/week, 9:00 PM–12:00 AM:
$80 minimum for the first hour, then $30/hour for additional consecutive hours
• 7 days/week, 12:00 AM–6:00 AM:
$120 minimum for the first hour, then $40/hour for additional consecutive hours
Emergency Call-Out Rates When On Call
For emergency calls between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, the regular call-out rate applies.

Independently carry out heavy cleaning tasks

Requirements
Drivers licence –must have a valid driver’s license and clean record (Vehicle supplied by employer)
Police Clearance
Integrity cleaning private homes
Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Previous experience property maintenance – cleaning 2yrs

Specific Skills:
Include but are not limited to the following: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Make beds and change sheets, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Additional training will be provided.

We are looking for an experianced LINE-COOK (Full-Time) to joing our team. This is a permanent non-student position. APPLY IN PERSON at 1050 Lesperance Rd. in Tecumseh and ask for Mladen.
Duties will consist of preparing and cooking food, cleaning and setting up of the line as well as assisting the other team members with daily tasks. Must be able to work alone and get along with others within a small team. Set schedule and flexibility available.
Closed on Sundays and all major holidays. Operating hours are 3pm to 8pm Monday/Tuesday Wed. - Saturday 11am to 8pm.
Must have own transportation as no public transportation is available.

Location: Templeton Gatineau
Looking for an experienced tile installer to renovate a standard bathtub surround.
Current setup is an older yellow plastic tub surround which will need to be removed and replaced with tile.
Scope of Work:
• Remove existing plastic tub surround • Prepare walls as required • Install cement board/backer board where needed • Install 12" x 12" tiles on all 3 bathtub walls • Repair and finish the drywall ceiling above the tub area • Grout, caulk, and complete all finishing work • Clean up work area upon completion
Requirements:
• Must have your own tools (tile cutter/wet saw, trowels, drill, drywall tools, levels, mixing equipment, etc.) • Must have your own vehicle • Must be able to pick up existing tiles from a nearby location • Must be able to pick up required materials from Home Depot (cement board, thinset, grout, screws, drywall materials, etc.) • Materials will be reimbursed with receipts upon completion • Must have experience with bathtub surrounds and provide photos of previous work
Compensation:
• $500 cash labour • Material costs reimbursed with receipts • Payment upon successful completion of the project

I have a few rooms to be repainted in Hull - near the Galleries de Hull mall, it should not take more than a couple of days to complete. I will get the paint and the supplies. There is no patching or repairs to be done, just paint. I would suggest coming to have a look before, just to make sure you understand the space (I can pay for gas), it can also be done by video call. I am an older male who enjoys nudism, I would likely be that way during a visit or on a call should we do one. If that is an issue, please let me know.

Looking for someone (healthcare/PSW background preferred) to provide care for a 77-year-old female with Parkinson’s Disease in a downtown Toronto condo. Duties include providing medications on a required schedule, hygiene/bathing, feeding, exercise, and ensuring safety at all times.
Hours would be 3 to 5 shifts during the work week (Mon–Fri) 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, payable at $135 via direct deposit.
Also looking for night shifts (11:00 PM–8:00 AM), covering all nights payable at $135 via direct deposit. Duties include medications, light snack, exercise, light housekeeping, and must remain awake to assist with toileting and repositioning.
