I have 30 existing 3-bedroom town homes in Fort St James Northern BC Canada with New roofs, Windows, Doors and existing exposed wood and stucco. There's a total of 5 buildings with attached carports and decks.
I'm looking for a renovation on the exterior on these buildings and cover up the exposed wood/windows and facia and give it a new facelift.
I have some photos to view. Creative ideas are welcome. My thoughts are paint and repair the existing stucco, clad the windows, and put hardy board on the exposed wood then metal facia on the open soffits. Your ideas are welcome!
