We are looking to hire full-time Heavy Duty Mechanics. Arrow Equipment if a family owned and operated business with 1 location in Maple Creek, SK. We upfit work trucks for the construction, oilfield, mining and agriculture industries. These trucks are primarily service trucks, picker trucks, bale deck trucks and lube trucks. 90% of what we work on would be new trucks and all new equipment that we install on the trucks.
The role would include installing VMAC air compressors onto either the transmission or underhood belt drive systems. It would also include installing belt drive hydraulic pump kits for the bale decks, PTO's, pumps, running hydraulic lines and general mechanics as we build the truck packages.

These positions are in safety-sensitive positions, in safety-sensitive environments, on a 14/14 rotation within mine sites in the Alberta Oil Sands in the Fort McMurray/Wood Buffalo Region. HETs will work 12 hour days, alternating sets between days and nights.If a HET at an alternate level from that of a Red Seal/Journeyperson, with the necessary skills and experience to meet the job requirements, the base rate will be adjusted to the Alberta industry standards, as per the level of certification as it translates to Alberta.

Standard oilfield tickets are an asset but not immediately required.
Experience with oilfield hauling is required, bed truck experience is also an asset.

We have 2 Weldco swing cab cranes, winch tractors, bed truck, highway tractor and smaller knuckle pickers. We repair, service and setup pumpjacks, as well as move service rigs, experience in any of these would also be an asset. There is a small amount of oilfield related highway hauls 1-2 trips per month, as possible gravel haul in summer months.
Housing is provided for employees, employees have their own room and must cook and clean up after themselves, as well as supply their own food and bedding. Cookware, appliances and furniture are provided.
Three month probationary period.
Starting wage of $40 to $50 per hour, this depends upon experience and skill. Overtime after 8 hours, holiday pay paid out every 2 week pay period. Steady hours year round with more in peak seasons. The RV Park operation dates are May 2nd- October 13th, 2025.Duties will include, but are not limited to:
The Caretaker will work to ensure the RV Park is clean, tidy, and well cared for through the following duties:
• Greeting of guests as they arrive with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Working with the reservation system, inquires, check ins /check outs.
• Answering questions and explaining policies which would apply to them.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ongoing cleaning in wash house– such as sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning, and sanitizing, restock-ing supplies, emptying all trash cans.
