Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Must possess a full Pharmacist license in Canada and be in good standing with the applicable provincial pharmacy college

Job Description
To further codify and systemize our operations, we are pursuing retirement home accreditation via Accreditation Canada. As such, we are seeking a self-starting consultant to join our team to help guide and manage this process. Reporting to the President of Fort Amherst Healthcare, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all components and activities required by this process. The successful candidate will drive enterprise wide accreditation by developing relationships with the accreditation board and management teams at each of our locations, completing a gap analysis of our organization, and satisfying each of the conditions precedent for accreditation.

The projects are expected to start approximately the 2nd week of April 2023. * 1-2 weeks of mandatory paid onboarding/training prior to work on the client's site. * Lodging and meals will be provided. Applicants should have two years post-secondary education in Psychology or related field, however individuals with relevant work experience would be considered. Coursework in Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental psychology, behavioral analysis or experience working with children with developmental delays or behavioral issues would be definite assets.
