Senior Product Manager
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Product Manager to join our Product Management team.
Delivers enterprise-wide passwordless orchestration to secure users, machines, and transactions for organizations that must optimize their cybersecurity posture while navigating underlying IT complexity. The company’s flagship product, Cloud, is a comprehensive, simple and secure integrated authentication platform that allows customers to move to a passwordless future without the friction and risk of fragmented solutions. Working closely with our lead investor, Invictus Growth Partners, we have developed a strategic plan to offer a new, disruptive SaaS IAM product and aggressively grow the company. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who will bring his/her experience, passion, and creativity to join us in our mission. As a member of the Product Management team, you will help define, and shape the new product strategy, and translate that strategy & vision into an product execution plan backed with market validation and customer insights
RESPONSIBILTIES
Define an ambitious growth vision and product strategy that inspires your team, peers and leadership
Drive vision and strategy for the team while aligning and motivating members of cross-functional departments.
Lead innovation, definition, deliverables planning (roadmap), and design of new client products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.
Challenge members of a cross-functional team to think boldly and creatively and funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.
Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals
Monitor and measure launched products and feed findings back into the product development process.
Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results in a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams, and other stakeholders
Work with the solution marketing team to deliver go-to-market material and new product releases
Engage with customer facing teams to champion releases and guide future product direction.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5-8+ years of product management experience in a cloud-native technology company
4+ years experience with one of the following areas: Identity and Access Management, Online Fraud Detection, Adaptive Authentication & Access, Identity Proofing
Demonstrated ability to execute a vision and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering market leading solutions to market and helping to develop new products with commercial success
Strong technical proficiency and comfort in discussing technology concepts.
Working knowledge of common standards and protocols such as FIDO2, CAEP, SAML, OPA
Track record of working cross functionally with engineering, analytics, and design teams, with solid examples of prioritizing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas, plans and business cases
