Become part of the first new Nordic Spa in Nova Scotia: SENSEA NORDIC SPA. Our Nordic Spa is located in the beautiful South Shore region in Chester. The site is nestled in a deep forest by a lake.
Our Spa offers guests an all season outdoor Nordic experience including massages (relaxation, hot stone, therapeutic, and prenatal) and saunas, hammams, outdoor baths and other relaxation areas.
We are looking for spa customer service associates.
The main duties consist of:
- interacting with our guests (giving them advice, orienting them, etc..)
- keeping the site welcoming and clean for guests during the day: starting and refilling fire pits, emptying trash bins, refilling drinking stations and glasses, cleaning changing rooms including toilets, carrying soiled and wet linen bags, etc
- restaurant service to guests, including payment management, and keeping records and accounts of food purchases
- cleaning the equipment, dishes, kitchen surfaces and floors

This job operates in a professional office environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
