Looking for a responsible house sitter in North Vancouver, British Columbia! I need someone to look after my home and take care of various tasks while I am away. The ideal candidate should be able to handle plant care, snow clearing, Grass cutting and trash & recycling duties. The job pays $20.0 daily and requires someone who is reliable and attentive to detail.work schedule is 5 pm - 7 pm
In the winter months, snow clearing will be a priority. This will involve shoveling the driveway and clearing pathways to ensure the property remains safe and accessible. Additionally, I have a variety of indoor plants that will need regular watering and care. Experience in plant care is a must to ensure they thrive in my absence.
Trash and recycling management is another important task. I need someone who can handle the weekly collection and disposal of waste, as well as the sorting and organization of recycling materials.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, our Mobile Maintenance Electricians are responsible for maintaining the electrical systems on a variety of mobile mining equipment including haul trucks, drills, and shovels in a shop and field environment. Teck has 4 operations based in the Elk Valley B.C. To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, and has a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Maintain, repair, and test electric or electronic systems and components on the mobile maintenance fleet
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on mobile mining equipment in a shop or a field environment
- Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Electrician Certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with reading electrical schematics, prints and working knowledge of the Electrical Code
- Previous experience in an industrial environment is an asset
